DAY 1 : Arrival in Indore → Ujjain (Mahakaleshwar jyotirlinga temple & Other temples) → Ujjain (overnight stay)

Mahakaleshwar, in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, is one of the most revered Jyotirlingas and the only one with a south-facing (Dakshinmukhi) Shiva Lingam, making it uniquely powerful in Hindu belief; its daily Bhasma Aarti is a mesmerizing ritual attracting devotees from across India. Around 140 km away lies Omkareshwar, a sacred island on the Narmada River shaped like the auspicious Om (ॐ) symbol, home to another prominent Jyotirlinga. Together, these two temples offer a profound spiritual journey — from the mystical energy of Mahakaleshwar to the serene, river-bound divinity of Omkareshwar — uniting devotion, mythology, and timeless tradition.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled by the customer:

More than 30 days before the tour start date:

90% of the total tour cost will be refunded. (10% cancellation fee applies)

15 to 30 days before the tour start date:

50% of the total tour cost will be refunded. (50% cancellation fee applies)

7 to 14 days before the tour start date:

25% of the total tour cost will be refunded. (75% cancellation fee applies)

Less than 7 days before the tour start date:

No refund will be provided.

No-shows or cancellations after the tour has commenced:

No refund will be provided.

Important Notes:

Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting via email/phone and will be effective from the date of acknowledgment.

No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking (except during high-demand or special event periods).

In case of exceptional circumstances or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), the policy may be adapted, and refunds or rescheduling options will be communicated promptly.

Partial refunds for already commenced tours or missed services are handled on a case-by-case basis and typically not guaranteed.

If cancelled by the company:

In case of cancellation due to operational, safety, or natural factors, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days.
